About the Firm

We are a law office representing clients who have been hurt or injured at work; in vehicular accidents including auto, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, pedestrian accidents; dog attacks; slip and fall incidents. We also represent the rights of clients against employers for employment and labor law violations. Our attorneys and staff have extensive experience litigating in the workers compensation and civil law arena.

Sergey Nalbandyan

Founder and President

Sergey Nalbandyan is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney representing applicants in all aspects of workplace injury claims. Mr. Nalbandyan has vast experience in workers’ compensation law. Prior to starting his practice representing people injured at work, he worked for a well-known workers’ compensation defense firm and has a deep understanding of successful representation of injured clients against insurance companies in the workers’ compensation arena.

Rick Sedrakian

Managing Attorney

Rick Sedrakian is a workers’ compensation attorney with vast experience litigating matters at various workers’ compensation appeals boards in Southern California. started his career in the field of workers’ compensation over two decades ago, first as a senior claims examiner for a Fortune 500 insurance company and then as a litigation attorney at a nationwide workers’ compensation defense firm.

Gevorg Vardanyan

Litigation Attorney

Gevorg Vardanyan is an experienced civil litigation attorney. Over the years, Mr. Vardanyan has worked on the plaintiff and defense sides, representing hundreds of individuals and businesses in personal injury, dog bite, homeowner, and business disputes. He has a keen understanding of and extensive experience in handling personal injury and various property damage matters from inception to completion, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
